Pre-Employment Assessment
These assessments are critical to ensuring any prospective employee has the basic driving skills for the prospective role, and to gauge their willingness to accept comment and recommendations.
We can structure the assessments based on the prospective role e.g. metro or linehaul.
It could also serve as a Training needs analysis; this can help identify systemic faults within your drivers. Assessment time is 2 to 3 hours depending on the role, a written report is included.
Post Incident Assessment
Unfortunately, incidents do happen even if the driver is experienced or not and they can come in many differing situations and the outcomes can be minor or severe. All incidents should be investigated to identify failings in both the company and/or the driver or, a third party.
These assessments can be completed on or off job.
A minimum of 2 hours is required, course includes written report.
Heavy Vehicle Driver Assessments

Maintaining and improving these skills must be an ongoing process and to this end, it is recommended that drivers undertake scheduled driving assessments.
