Wheels, Tracks & Rollers

To be able to drive a Track or Roller special-type vehicle with a gross laden weight of not more than 18000 kg and drive a Wheeled special-type vehicle with a gross laden weight of less than 4500 kg.

To Qualify for the Course:

You must have a Full New Zealand Drivers Licence (Class 1)

Our half day course covers:

• Unit Standard 16701 – Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement W (Wheels)
• Unit Standard 16702 – Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement R (Rollers)
• Unit Standard 16703 – Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement T (Tracks)
Once you are competent, we will issue you a certificate to take to either AA or VTNZ to be endorsed on your Drivers Licence.
